E-Learning Consulting

Consulting in the planning, design, and implementation of Web-based and other online environments for training, seminars, professional development, and customer/client education. These e-learning materials and environments can provide e-blended support for onsite delivery or they can be designed exclusively for online delivery. See more information below under the Learning Management category.

User/Customer Experience

Have you ever wanted to know what your prospective or current users or customers think and feel about your business – in the delivery of products and services and more importantly in the nature of the experience that they perceive?

If you were able to acquire this knowledge, how would you build upon it to optimize their experience and even find ways to reinvent it for their greater satisfaction?

The key to acquiring this knowledge is a specialized type of research that is rooted in an understanding of the “individual differences” of your user or customer needs, preferences, and expectations.

Building on that knowledge entails establishing a set of requirements to address these needs and conceiving (and testing) designs for improved user/customer experience.

Let Program House provide the research, design, and/or training to help your organization realize better user/customer experience along with corresponding brand loyalty and revenue generation.

Instructional Design and Information Architecture

Program House also provides consulting services in instructional design and information architecture to support the development of software, Web sites, or mediated learning environments. Any or all of the stages in user experience research and design are applied toward these goals.

Knowledge and Content Management

Consultation, design, and development of knowledge management for the creation, capture, codification, archiving, retrieval, sharing, and dissemination of organizational intellectual capital.

Program House specializes in the design and documentation of content across diverse media from print to the organizational intranet and Web. Content Management design, development, and training in popular CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
